Silivri-İkitelli Industrial Park Rises with Precast Concrete Quality
We are proud to have undertaken the construction of the new industrial park as Precast Concrete Industry Inc. during the relocation process of the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone to Silivri.
Our Chairman of the Board, Muhammed Talha Enis, attended the groundbreaking ceremony held in the Balaban neighborhood of Silivri Çanta, marking his participation in the first step of this significant investment.
Spanning a total area of 440,000 m² and consisting of 270 independent factory units, this project is expected to create 5,000 jobs upon completion. With its location near both the E-5 Highway and the Northern Marmara Highway, the project will offer logistical advantages and represents a significant step toward the future of Istanbul’s industrial sector.
